Role:
ServiceNow is in search of a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support to our Global Partnerships and Channel partners. This role involves offering technical advice, product insights, and communicating the latest ServiceNow solutions to partners. You will play a key role in helping partners deliver exceptional customer outcomes, promoting a 'ServiceNow First' mindset, and enhancing the ServiceNow value proposition.

This position includes approximately 25% travel.

Key Qualifications for Success:

  • 6+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing
  • Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains - application, data, integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc.
  • Use of facilitation skills to ensure clear articulation of business issues and effective solution design
  • Strong business judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to manage change effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an executive presence
  • Talent for simplifying complex topics and providing practical guidance
  • Collaboration expertise at various levels within organizations
Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

Valuable Experience:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar product suites is highly advantageous
  • Current ServiceNow certification such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Prior experience in ServiceNow platform development and competitive platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for ServiceNow with partners through Sales Plays enablement and product demonstrations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive and key partner figures to enhance ServiceNow's presence
  • Support Partner Experience activities, including roadshows and partner events
  • Offer subject matter expertise during planning and solutioning processes, articulating the value of the ServiceNow platform
  • Identify business development opportunities for specialized Offerings/Solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
  • Mentor ServiceNow and partner solution consultants, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Act as the main technical contact point for partners during engagements
  • Provide guidance on effective story-telling to partner solution consultants
  • Establish enduring relationships with partner leadership to align strategies and promote ServiceNow
  • Demonstrate technical expertise across industry verticals and provide insights on platform relevance
  • Willingness to travel for Partner, Customer, and Organizational activities
