Skills and Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Reporting Specialist for Configuration Management, CMDB and ITAM (HAM/SAM) • Role/Capability: ServiceNow Reporting Specialist for Configuration Management, CMDB and ITAM (HAM/SAM) • Quantity: (1) Knowledgeable expert with specific ServiceNow subject matter expertise related to the end-to-end management of CMDB and ITAM dashboards and reports in ServiceNow including the CMDB health dashboards and creating standard enterprise reports. • Reporting is required to publish accurate KRI and KPI data and monthly operational metrics. • Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals, and advanced reporting capabilities within ServiceNow2. • ITAM Fundamentals, and advanced reporting capabilities within ServiceNow3. CMDB Health • Dashboard Design, implementation and BAU operations including creating validating and monitoring IRE rules • Experience with data in all tables and building required reports, dashboards etc. to support KPI • Assists the Service Aware Mapping Team (Configuration Management + CMDB + IT Asset • Management) as an experience ServiceNow SME to assist in the maturity, architecture, build and performance of the CMDB to ensure optimal performance and operation while validating the configuration and related integrations, workflows, automations, etc. are working correctly. • IRE rules and ensuring the CMDB health dashboards are setup and operating correct based on completeness, correctness, and compliance. • Threshold is to maintain 93-95% MoM. • Description: We require an experienced ServiceNow CMDB/ITAM Reporting Specialists with expert knowledge of the HAM/SAM (Pro) IT Asset Management Modules and the CMDB Modules in ServiceNow.
