Develop reporting metrics and KPIs to provide updates on financial performance of partners and conduct program reviews, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.Work with the Product and Pricing team in the planning cycle, including conducting partner reviews to optimize product portfolio mix with a view to maximizing growth.Respond to inquiries, requests, issues, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to facilitate effective and fair resolutions, maximizing partner retention.Manage client performance targets through evaluation tools to ensure targets are achieved and accounts are profitable while maintaining customer satisfaction.Effectively coordinate with Learning & Development to deliver and implement ORION sales strategies, communications, products, services, tools, and processes using a variety of learning techniques.Maintain detailed knowledge of current travel insurance market conditions, industry/regulatory requirements, and competitor products to ensure ORION product offers remain relevant to customer needs, achieve the desired competitive positioning, and identify opportunities for enhanced/new product offerings.

Who You Are

  • University Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the travel insurance industry, life/health insurance industry, project management, and strategic planning.
  • Possessing an Account and Sales Management, Adult Training Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Administrative, sales, and service-oriented.
