Job Description:

As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial rolein maintaining and enhancing all safety standards. You will beresponsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting regularsafety audits, and providing safety training to the staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regularsafety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health andsafety regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety protocolsand preventive measures.
  • Provide safety training to staffworking with or around electrical equipment and installations.
  • Guide the selection process of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE).
  • Investigate accidents, identify their causes andrecommend improvements in safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalentcertification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Health &Safety Specialist in the electrical industry.
  • In-depthknowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
