Health and Safety Manager

itec group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Supervisor for a client based in the Niagara region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees within our heavy industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Safety Programs
- Conduct Inspections and Audits
- Incident Investigation
- Training and Education
- Regulatory Compliance
- Risk Assessment
- Emergency Response
- Reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within a heavy industrial setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
