You will be joining a leading Commercial Real Estate business with a huge presence in Canada. They are a very well respected leader in the space and they are now looking for an APM to join their existing team at their head office in Hamilton.
Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be working with a leading team overseeing a portfolio of around 1.4million sq ft of office and retail properties within the area. You will report into a Property Manager and the expectations on a day-to-day will be management of the portfolio, working with operations staff for maintenance and dealing with accounts payable, receivable and tenant relations. You'll also be assisting the Senior PM with tenant assistance on a day to day basis. You'll be someone who has experience within the administrative day to day of Commercial Real Estate and are someone who is independent and takes initiative on their day to day to provide best in class service to tenants and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions for clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this role, you will have experience in Commercial Real Estate and a solid understanding in respect of administrative works, payments, invoices, financials and budgets. You will be someone who is able to take direction whilst also showing initiative to solve problems and work with the wider team to provide solutions to tenants.
What you'll get in return
In return for this position, the successful candidate will be receive a compensation package ranging between $70k - $75k + benefits & vacation. Lastly, you will be joining a leader in their space that places huge emphasis on the progression and development of their staff.
