If you have a passion for HR and are looking to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant corporate environment, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities·      Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting proper background checks.·      Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.·      Maintain our Safety program and COR certification. ·      Assist with Payroll Processing in a timely manner and assist in HR reporting and data analysis as needed.·      Administer benefits packages and RRSP enrollments, and process records of Employment, T4s and related filings.·      Coordinate training and development programs for employees, maintaining confidential employee records up to date through our HRIS.·      Actively participating in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program and the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission processes to support our employee.·      Other duties as assigned.Qualifications·      A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in an HR Administrator role, specifically within the Canadian HR Practices.·      Strong understanding of Canadian HR practices, employment standards, and compliance requirements.·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.·      Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365.·      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.·      Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At Welldone, we place a high value on creating a safe workplace and continuous learning for our employee’s.
