TalentWorld is recruiting a Product Manager in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead product planning and development, defining vision and strategy.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market and customer insights.
- Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Drive product launches and act as a product evangelist.
- Monitor product performance metrics and optimize as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support sales, support, and operations teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching products.
- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to retirement.
- Proficiency in creating MRDs (Market Requirements Documents), PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), and product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, including resource management and stakeholder management.
- Experience in the public sector or government projects is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Salary: $75.00HR - $80.00HR
- Benefits: 37.5 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
- Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Other: 10 months contract, possibility of extension
