Reporting to the Director of Product, the Product Manager will lead the development and management of internal tools focused on data management, data migration, and other critical internal processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work closely with data management, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact tools.
  • Oversee the development of tools that support data migration, governance, and management, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Assist with the overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and product vision.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, commercial teams, and industry experts to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions, leveraging your strong understanding of data management and automation.
  • Lead the productization process, ensuring scalability, usability, and a truly data-driven approach.
  • Understand market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
  • Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on thorough market research and customer feedback.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by communicating the value and unique offerings of ODAIA's products.
  • Serve as a contributor within the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on building internal tools or data management solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data management, data migration, and related technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of the Pharma industry, particularly in the commercial life sciences sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology / SaaS startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or similar related knowledge and experience.
