About DKK DKK Brands is the driving force behind premium brands like Espro, Liiton, and VIVA. Our process begins with thorough product-market validation, followed by a Kickstarter campaign to gather authentic feedback and build a loyal community. We then use insights from Amazon reviews to refine our offerings and expand our reach through both our own retail channels and strategic partnerships.
Responsible for promoting DKK’s premium Home & Kitchen products within Specialty retailers (Barnes & Noble, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Sur La Table, etc) , Broker/distributor accounts, Rep Agencies in order to maintain and grow sales.
This role reports to Head of Sales and will have an opportunity to both teach and learn from a team with decades of experience in National Accounts Retail and Ecommerce across multiple categories. The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves and work to build the Espro, Liiton & VIVA's brands in Retail. This individual must have an entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to excel in a startup work environment with big goals and exponential growth

Our office will be relocating to The Beaches in Q1 2025.


Conducts sales calls and makes presentations of company pricing, products and promotions to independent and national retail customers.
• Possess ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service
• Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
• Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients
• Maximizes sales at or above planned levels by monitoring and enhancing in-store shelf and display activity.
• conducts store audits; ensures proper product rotation in order to prevent out- of-date product; insures on-hand inventory accuracy to minimize “low stocks” and eliminate “out-of-stocks”.
• Develops and maintains existing account contact relationships through regular communication with key decision-makers, store managers, district managers, appropriate division personnel and third-party partners.
• Prepares and submits market activities, pricing and progress reports.
• Participates in account events such as trade shows, ambassador events, grand openings, and any other promotional support. This may include weekends or other high-volume retail day.
• Manages all expenses as related to this position within budget assigned by the Company.
• 2-5 years’ experience managing specialty retailers (Barnes & Noble, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Sur La Table etc) or an equivalent combination of inside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
