Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Virtual Data Room Business Development Representative to join our team at Sterling Technology | Virtual Data Rooms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business relationships and providing exceptional customer support to our existing clients.

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Virtual Data Room Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing a full understanding of our capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Educating and driving understanding with clients regarding TransPerfect's value-add processes and services.
  • Engaging with clients' industries, business needs, and company culture to work strategically with them and support their growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and managing client expectations.
  • Quoting, managing, and billing projects on a daily basis, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure they run smoothly and profitably.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous account management and strategic business development experience in the VDR industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to project revenues, monitor budgets, and perform other necessary calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
  • Management and experience in building sales teams is a plus.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships, work as part of a team, solve problems actively, and commit to a high level of service.
