Aramark is recruiting for a Bilingual Proposal Coordinator to support the bid proposal and presentation process through the activities of coordination, Subject matter experts (SME) collaboration, writing, content management, assembly, internal reviews. and submission.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for interaction with sales leaders and the external sales support teams for the development, preparation, and remittance of client proposalsResponsible to create and manage content for the successful completion of presentations, client reports and other internal and/or external support materialsAssisting in the creation and maintenance of associated illustrations, graphics, and templatesSupport the creation and maintenance of proposal content database / management systemProof reading and formatting various documents for proposals and marketing purposesPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications 3-5 years of experience related to proposal content development, writing and coordinationMust be Bilingual (written and oral): English and FrenchRelevant work experience or Degree in communications, translation, design or B2B marketingExperience in graphic design and formatting of business proposals and communications to clientsExpert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meet deadlinesAbility to think creatively and approach a wide variety of projects from various strategic perspectives.Skilled at research and the use of content management systems to locate strategic information and options for sellersAbility to apply judgment and be decisive. Skilled at problem solvingMust be able to handle deadline pressures and multiple assignments and clientsAdvanced knowledge Microsoft Office, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.Portfolio of relevant marketing or sales materials developed by the candidate is required at the interview stage
