Bilingual Service Proposal Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer’s goals, objectives and business needs and develop proposals to address those needs
- Manage service proposal pipeline for all assigned accounts he/she is accountable
- Manage Customer and Service Opportunities using the C360 Customer Relationship System (Salesforce).
- Responsible for the compliance with the Company opportunity acquisition process including preparation of quality gates and ensuring technical and commercial approvals are obtained
- Manage and coordinate proposal development activities for all new Value-Added Service Opportunities.
- Communicate verbally or in writing with customers to understand the complete scope of supply (beyond just what has been asked)
- Define the scope of supply and incorporate in the proposal
- Fielding of all customer inquiries received
- Processing of customer orders, ensuring successful hand-over to the Service Execution & Coordination team so all customer needs and expectations are well understood to be properly executed.
- Work closely with other processes such as Application Support, Projects, Service, Logistics or Marketing in order to fully satisfy the customers’ needs
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-seconday education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Business 2 Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Intermediate computer processing skills including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grganizational skills
- English and French
