The Role:

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product's growth and the key player in making our market presence impossible to miss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products

  • Create compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences

  • Conduct market research and act as voice of the market

  • Gather competitive intelligence and lead our competitive strategy

  • Build competitive playbooks that position Siena as the #1 leader in our category

  • Build slides, narratives, and decks to effectively communicate product value

  • Craft engaging stories that resonate with potential customers and stakeholders

  • Develop and deliver webinars on a regular basis to educate and attract leads

  • Produce sales enablement materials and train sales teams

  • Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a technology company, preferably startup

  • Strong understanding of B2B software market and sales processes

  • Experience running virtual events

  • A marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at shifting gears quickly

  • A natural at understanding complex tech products and turning features into compelling stories

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Top-tier communication, presentation, and data-crunching skills.

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience marketing AI products

  • Technical background

  • Familiarity with the latest AI trends and tools
