We are currently looking for a Medical Sales Executive to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Medical Sales Executive is responsible for business development of our medical-surgical supplies and device distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and pursuing sales leads, and assessing client’s needs. The Medical Sales Executive shall support our medical-surgical supply distribution, logistics, and other services to healthcare providers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with key partners to leverage regional contracts to develop and secure new business.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans (B2B) with a demonstrated success in gaining new business.
  3. Securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.
  4. Collaborate closely with logistics department to ensure efficient and effective planning.
  5. Stay updated on customer, industry, and market changes to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  6. Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition.
  8. Drive the conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts, fostering relationships, and comprehensively understanding customer needs to achieve the highest possible conversion rate.
  9. Execute pricing strategy through applying effective negotiation skills, market acumen, and knowledge of customer needs.
  10. Educate and support the clients as required.
  11. Perform field promotion work, demonstrate products/services, provide assistance in the best application of products/services, and manage questions regarding products/services.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience:

  1. 5 years of sales/business development (B2B) in healthcare and/or related field.
  2. Experience calling on all levels of an organization, and ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organization levels.
  3. Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building.

Education and Certifications:

  1. Degree in relevant discipline preferred.
  2. Valid driver’s license required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
  2. Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
  3. (B2B) Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  4. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
