The Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA) is a leading organization dedicated to advancing the practice of medical aesthetics across Canada. We offer a wide range of training courses designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of medical professionals in this rapidly growing field. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our training courses.
As a Sales Representative at CAMA, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our training courses to healthcare professionals across Canada. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. Your ability to communicate the value of our courses and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote CAMA’s training courses to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and medical practitioners.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand their needs and tailor course offerings to meet their professional development goals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of CAMA’s training courses.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have about the training courses.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with course instructors to stay updated on course content and new offerings.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the medical aesthetics training sector.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics and the training needs of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
