Customer Service/Administration Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service/Administration Representative is a professional, responsible, and customer satisfaction-orientated individual who handles mainly in-bound and occasional out-bound calls with a high degree of customer service and sensitivity. There are many opportunities for growth within our company and we are looking for individuals that can grow with us


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer service calls and contact customers about their accounts
  • Assist with client related payment solutions in an engaging and professional manner
  • Document client calls accurately
  • Adhere to the company policies and procedures
  • Resolving of customer account discrepancies
  • Compliance of strict guidelines regarding privacy and protection of client information
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations

Customer Service experience is needed, and professional training is provided

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environments is a plus
