- Maximize Guest Satisfaction: Ensure efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance of the restaurant facility and equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and direct team members to consistently exceed customer expectations by providing fast and friendly service in a clean environment.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members, Shift Coordinators/Managers, and Assistant Managers to enhance performance.
- Profit and Loss Management: Assume full responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies and adhering to cash control and security procedures.
- Inventory and Financial Analysis: Manage inventory, labour, and apply financial reporting analysis to improve restaurant results.
- Compliance Enforcement: Enforce compliance with government regulations, company policies, employment laws, food safety standards, security policies, and operational procedures across all shifts.
- Team Building: Lead the restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team members.
- Experience: Candidates should have a solid background in restaurant management with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Communication: The ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents is required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable engaging in conversations with customers.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and development skills are crucial to drive team goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary to address consumer and restaurant issues promptly and courteously.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Math and experience with Windows-based computer systems is needed for effective budget management and operational guidelines.
