Our client, a real estate development firm is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategies to maximize sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The Director of Sales will play a vital role in driving the company's success, expanding its market presence, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.


RESPONSIBILITES:  

Strategic Sales Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to set sales goals and create actionable plans.


Team Leadership

• Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of delivering exceptional results.

• Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to the sales team to ensure their professional growth.

• Set clear performance expectations and regularly evaluate team members' performance against defined goals.


Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and tailor strategies to address them effectively.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials.


Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

• Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders such as brokers, investors, and industry associations.

• Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.


Sales Performance Analysis

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Generate regular reports and present sales forecasts, market insights, and progress updates to the executive team.

• Monitor the competitive landscape and implement innovative sales techniques to stay ahead of competitors.


REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
