Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Targeted Talent. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and build trust.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possess a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
