**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Location**: North York

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Director, the duties and responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide support to the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
- Maintain and update all sales resources, ensuring the sales team has access to the most current information, including:

- Product information sheets
- Pricing lists
- Sales presentations
- Competitor analysis report
- Market trend data
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, including maintaining the customer database and preparing internal reports.
- Support marketing initiatives by helping with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, assisting with social media content preparation, and supporting campaign execution.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure efficient internal processes, assist with inventory management tasks, and help prepare operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across all supported departments.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth internal communication and workflow.
- This role does not involve direct communication with clients or customers unless specifically authorized by management.

**Working Conditions**
- Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time;
- Required to work in a busy, open area office which may result in constant interruptions.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
