Position: Director of Business Development

Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Business Development for our Central Division based out of our Mississauga location. This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability for Brandt Finance in the Central Region as well as providing leadership in the mentoring and development of the Business Development Manager and team of Retail Finance Managers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Achieving sales and market share goals for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
  2. Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  3. Assisting in the management of Brandt Finance in conjunction with the Vice President of Credit and Brandt Finance.
  4. Assisting in the development and implementation of both internal and external finance programs.
  5. Work with Brandt Finance and regional sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.
  6. Other duties as required from time to time.
Required Skills Required Experience

5 or more years of direct equipment finance experience in progressively senior management roles required.
Previous finance experience would be an asset.
A high level of written and oral communication skills are required.
Able to travel within the Ontario region while developing and strengthening both internal and external customers.
Post secondary degree in business/finance would be considered an asset.
