The Human Resources Coordinator acts as a key point of contact for employees in Human Resources matters and provides expert advice and service to staff by utilizing Human Resources best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding Human Resources related inquiries and provide guidance towards company policies and procedures.
  • Support staff with day-to-day Human Resources matters.
  • Assist in the creation of new job descriptions, job postings, company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in all efforts surrounding recruiting new talent, including attending career fairs, conducting screening candidates, participating in interviews, conducting reference checks, and drafting offer letters.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including gathering onboarding documentation and conducting orientations.
  • Provide professional guidance to managers and front-line leaders in relation to conflict resolution and performance management matters.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through various employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Post graduate diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complicated and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Firm support and commitment towards workplace health & safety.
  • Strong knowledge & experience with MS Office Suite and Teams.
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
