Our client, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. In this bilingual role, you will manage and grow strategic national and global accounts, with a focus on the automotive sector. This position offers the opportunity to work with a global organization, deliver innovative logistics solutions, and contribute to the success of key customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, supply chain directors, and executives, within customer organizations.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively deliver innovative logistics solutions tailored to those requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across operations, customer service, and pricing to ensure seamless execution of customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, addressing concerns, assessing performance, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to anticipate risks and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and presentations, showcasing the company’s logistics capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collect and analyze customer information for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and ensure effective handover and implementation to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably with a focus on national or global customers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive market, including key players, industry regulations, and logistics requirements.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale accounts and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Dans ce rôle bilingue, vous serez responsable de la gestion et du développement de comptes stratégiques nationaux et mondiaux, avec un accent particulier sur le secteur automobile. Responsabilités

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques pour les comptes clés afin de stimuler la croissance des affaires et atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés, notamment les responsables des achats, les directeurs de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et les dirigeants des organisations clientes.
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions logistiques innovantes adaptées à leurs exigences.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (opérations, service client, tarification) pour assurer une exécution sans faille des attentes des clients.
  • Effectuer des revues d’affaires régulières avec les clients, résoudre les préoccupations, évaluer la performance et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
  • Rester informé des tendances du secteur, des conditions du marché et des activités des concurrents pour anticiper les risques et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Préparer et présenter des propositions et présentations professionnelles mettant en valeur les capacités logistiques et la valeur ajoutée de l’entreprise.
  • Collecter et analyser les informations des clients pour les processus RFI/RFP/RFQ et assurer une transition et une mise en œuvre efficaces conformément aux accords de niveau de service (SLA) et aux procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP).

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en administration des affaires, logistique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes clés, de préférence avec un accent sur les clients nationaux ou mondiaux.
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché automobile, y compris les acteurs clés, les réglementations du secteur et les exigences logistiques.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de comptes à grande échelle et l’atteinte constante des objectifs de vente.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et négociation bilingues, avec la capacité d’établir et de maintenir de solides relations avec les clients.
  • Solides capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, combinées à une approche stratégique.
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, en particulier PowerPoint et Excel.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements nationaux et internationaux au besoin.
