Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction with recruiting services.
  • Regularly conduct check-ins with clients to understand evolving business needs and provide updates on staffing progress.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and grow the client base.
  1. Recruitment Coordination:
  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure timely and effective delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Provide clients with updates on the status of job orders, candidate pipelines, and placements.
  • Review client requirements and work with recruiters to ensure a deep understanding of job specifications.
  1. Market Research and Insights:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive analysis.
  • Share market insights with clients to guide strategic staffing decisions.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account records in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports on account performance, placement statistics, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare for and participate in regular account review meetings.
  1. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns regarding recruiting services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the recruiting team to address challenges or feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or recruiting services (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on client success and revenue growth.
