QM Environmental is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Fleet Management department. With a diverse service portfolio and an impressive fleet, this position is crucial for ensuring our equipment and operations meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance.
As a Service Manager, you will be at the intersection of equipment management and operational needs across QM Environmental’s diverse service lines, such as demolition, environmental remediation, hazardous material abatement, and emergency response. Work closely with operations teams across all lines of business to align fleet and equipment needs with project goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of an sizable fleet, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline support processes, improve internal customer satisfaction, and strengthen external vendor relationships.
• Enhance the quality of QM Environmental’s services while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and support new business opportunities across various service lines.

Extensive experience in fleet management, particularly in the environmental services or related industries.
