  • Follow up communication, collection and reporting
  • Charity program tracking and depositing
  • Period and year end reporting
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting related to AR and cash receipts
  • Full cycle corporate accounts management:
  • Downloading invoices from online dashboard
  • Excel tracking
  • Invoice preparation and processing
  • Franchisee credits
  • Receiving payments by cheque/eft/credit card, processing and posting
  • Follow up communication, collection and reporting
  • Managing full cycle gift card programs
  • Receiving orders daily and preparing shipments to hand off to receptionist
  • Time sensitive verification of shipments and activating cards through online portal Invoicing and posting on Microsoft ERP platform
  • Receiving of payments, processing and posting
  • Data management of gift cards and loyalty programs through online portal including reporting and posting
  • Weekly sales summary processing for corporate locations
  • Weekly sales summaries in Excel, including verification of transactions, matching to banking information, adding in 3rd party information, balancing and posting
  • Analysis updating in Microsoft ERP platform
  • Daily front reception coverage for lunches, breaks and vacation
  • Support Receptionist with office supply replenishment
  • Support as back up for other office related tasks when and where needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage with customers and internal departments
  • Strong sense of responsibility to commit and engage proactively in solving problems
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented and excellent in time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and self-motivated
  • Excellent data entry skills and experience with Microsoft NAV would be considered an asset
