Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements, managing client relationships and providing day-to-day file leadership.
  • Lead and direct teams to provide insightful and impactful solutions to complex client issues, leveraging analytical approaches, established methodologies, and critical thinking skills.
  • Direct and guide the work of consultants, offering expertise to drive high-quality outputs and work products.
  • Lead and participate in the delivery of client deliverables and work products – including reports, presentations, and facilitated engagement sessions.
  • Review work performed by staff and associates, participate in performance reviews, and contribute to on-the-job feedback/training.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through the delivery of excellent service and unwavering focus on quality.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal coordination and development.
  • Keep abreast of current health care and government trends and issues directly relevant to the business of current and potential clients.
  • Demonstrate technical and professional knowledge of the health care industry.
  • Participate in the development of health care thought leadership.
  • Mentor junior talent through on-the-job coaching and supervision.
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, health administration, public policy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Mandatory previous consulting and engagement leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Relevant post-graduate certifications/training (e.g., PMP) would be beneficial.
  • Focus on health strategy and/or health policy is preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Strong project and people management experience and capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to juggle multiple clients and projects.
  • Skilled in priority-setting, efficient time-management, and the ability to work well within teams and independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
