Lone Wolf Technologies Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Engagement to drive customer-centric initiatives and shape the company's engagement strategies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced leader who can develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement plans, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster loyalty. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Customer Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement robust customer engagement plans that align with the company's vision and objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and guide a high-performing team of customer engagement experts, setting performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing development.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Evaluate the customer journey to identify areas for improvement, refine the customer experience, and create strategies to boost engagement at every stage.
  • Communication Planning: Design and implement strategic communication plans to engage customers, nurture long-term relationships, and ensure consistent, personalized messaging across all customer interactions.
  • Customer Success Initiatives: Develop and roll out customer success initiatives aimed at promoting product adoption, satisfaction, and retention, including onboarding processes, training resources, and support tools.
  • Feedback Collection and Analysis: Design methods for collecting valuable customer feedback to inform product development, marketing, and the overall customer experience, identifying trends, addressing issues, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and customer support to align engagement initiatives with broader business goals and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Extensive leadership experience in customer engagement or customer success roles within the technology industry.
  • Customer Engagement Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of customer engagement strategies, journey mapping, and customer success initiatives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical and data-driven, capable of interpreting customer data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to create innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Project Management: Proficient in project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive $120,000 - $150,000 salary, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
