**Healthcare Engagement Manager**

**About the Role**:
As a Healthcare Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and ensuring compliance with FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) controls. You will be responsible for facilitating travel and payments for HCPs attending assigned meetings, while also serving as a key liaison between various stakeholders. Your expertise will help ensure that all interactions are compliant and that our events run smoothly.

**You're Good At**:
FCPA Controls Management:

- Acting as the primary liaison with Meeting Managers for international meetings.
- Managing due diligence for FCPA consultancy approvals.
- Ensuring compliance when engaging international HCPs and government officials.
- Communicating approval statuses to clients and planning teams.
- **HCP Contracting and Attendee Management**:

- Participating in weekly calls with Project Owners, Account Managers, and Meeting Managers.
- Following up with contracted HCPs to ensure registration completion.
- Preparing and sending accurate HCP invites and necessary paperwork.
- Collecting and reviewing HCP agreements, CVs, and payment documentation.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintaining accurate files and documentation for all HCP engagements.
- Adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely completion of all required training.

**Mentorship and Support**:

- Mentoring new Healthcare Engagement Managers.
- Providing consultative support to Project Managers regarding HCP engagement and compliance.

**You Might Also Have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred).
- Previous experience in meeting planning and participant registration.
- International experience is a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with compliance tools and processes in the healthcare industry.
