We’re looking for a multi-faceted Marketing Manager who will be supporting communications and brand marketing initiatives and projects including, senior management corporate communications, Investor Relations, PR, brand marketing channels (social media, website), and line of business marketing needs. This individual will also be responsible to provide project management expertise to key, high priority marketing projects.

This will be a hybrid working arrangement – working 3 times a week on-site in our Downtown Toronto office and 2 times a week remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Leadership Support

  • Provide support to CEO on all internal communications and related campaigns.
  • Manage and execute Investor Relations campaigns and programs.
  • Work directly with DCM executive leadership, ensuring that all annual and quarterly Investor Relations communications are properly developed, implemented and executed.

Brand Marketing Management

  • Manage DCM marketing channels and conduct performance tracking on our corporate website (datacm.com), social media, outbound email programs,
  • Support other outbound channels as needed, specifically paid media and Google Ad programs (working with Manager, Demand Generation).
  • Develop and maintain corporate marketing calendar for website and social media, in collaboration with marketing team members and major business units.
  • Manage/support brand marketing activities at all DCM facilities, ensuring brand consistency, managing and implementing internal communications campaigns as required.

Line of Business Marketing Management

  • Liaise with all functional leaders at DCM to provide support on internal communications and marketing initiatives, including People & Culture, Operations, Sales Operations, ESG & DEI teams, Health & Safety, etc.
  • Assist with conceptualizing and developing campaigns – coordinate with creative teams to develop collateral, ensure timelines are met, and execute across internal communications channels.

Project Management

  • Responsible for project management of critical, high profile marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop project plans and workback schedules using our project management tools (i.e. Smartsheet).
  • Work with Resource Managers to ensure that projects are adequately staffed to hit timelines, key milestones, and are being delivered successfully.

Event Management

  • Support DCM management with specific company events, primarily focusing on Investor Relations and senior management events such as our Annual General Meeting, Quarterly Investor Calls, Investor Days, etc.
  • Work with internal DCM teams to set up and coordinate the events, as well as prepare and communicate event details to stakeholders as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in Marketing in a B2B environment including having managed digital channels (social, website, email, paid media, SEO/SEM) and offline channels (events, direct mail).
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to work directly with senior client management or a senior executive team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously, and/or project management certification is an asset.
  • Strong Understanding of marketing automation and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with broadcast/webcast-type events.
