**MARKETING MANAGER**

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the ideation, planning and execution of all marketing strategies, including social media and community strategies, to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

**What You Will Be Doing**

**Marketing**
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
- Build, own, and be responsible for the marketing funnel - from top-of-the-funnel lead generation to nurturing and conversion, you will design and execute comprehensive strategies that drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Through continuous testing and experimentation, you will identify areas of opportunity and implement improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Foster close collaboration with sales teams, aligning marketing and sales efforts to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Efficiently allocate marketing budgets and resources across channels and initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt innovative marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Be the in-house expert on social media and digital advertising campaigns for our internal team and our clients.
- Lead and mentor the in-house Digital Marketing Specialists.
- Manage the workflow of the Marketing Department.
- Plan and implement strategies to drive traffic to websites and social media channels.
- Research target audience, competitive analysis, search engine & keyword analysis.
- Manage content creation and website optimization using CMS tools, ensuring consistent and engaging brand presence across all digital channels.
- Produce visually compelling marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines and graphic design principles.
- Drive PR and media outreach efforts to elevate the company's reputation and visibility in the market.

**Analysis and Reporting**
- Measure & optimize campaign performance against ROI’s and KPI’s.
- Analyze social media campaign results and provide updates, reporting, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Ability to incorporate Google Analytics and Facebook Data for tracking and reporting results.

**MUST-HAVES**
- University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in a Marketing Agency.
- Hands-on experience running multiple client campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, PPC campaigns, social media tools and digital marketing best practices.
- You are a hands-on person who takes full ownership of the funnel and aren’t afraid to think outside the box.
- You have a results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving growth targets
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Creative and professional writing, editing and communication skills.
- Self-discipline, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding team spirit.

**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Real Estate industry experience.
- Database management and datamining capabilities.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Webhooks and Zapier.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Video Editing software knowledge.
