For our office in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, Atlantic Electronics Limited (AEL) is seeking an office administrator.
Some responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Greeting and interacting with customers as they enter the office.
- Responsible for general daily administrative functions of the office. Such as ordering office supplies as needed, maintain database/records, copying monthly visa statements and submitting to head office, checking mail, deposits, etc.
- Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices using SAGE accounting software;
- Accounts receivables collection and processing payments. Track accounts.
- Maintain client databases; Process orders for airtime reloads as needed.
- Assist in copying and distributing purchase orders and other internal documents as requested .
- Other administrative duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
