At Canada Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked.
  • Assist with data entry, prepare reports, and maintain digital databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Electronic mail and computer skills.
