Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Collision Continuous Improvement Team at a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level
  • Work directly with Operational Directors & Collision VP to identify areas of opportunities in collision centre performance
  • Manage and allocate projects to various team members
  • Oversee workflow within the CCIT team to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate goals and expectations
  • Hire, train and manage the CCIT team and their performance
Requirements:
  • 3 + years of management experience
  • Must have a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience managing and executing continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques
  • Proven track record of process improvements leading to increased performance
  • Experience with change management in regard to implementing new processes
  • Experience working in and/or with collision centres and their systems (Bodyshop Connect, Mitchell Connect, Qapter & Progi) is an asset, but not required
  • Travel across Canada is required
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
