**Continuous Improvement Manager**

The Manager, Continuous Improvement will have a direct responsibility for workforce planning and budgeting; is accountable for managing all aspects of Client Services performance reporting; leads the process improvement process; and plays a key role as part of the Client Services leadership team.

- Process and Technology Improvements
- Scheduling/Coordination within a healthcare environment (preferred)

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead and manage the Workforce Management Team and the workforce planning process including system administration, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting
- Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement Analyst in the maintenance of the system tool supporting Client Services KPIs; in the development of Root Cause Analysis; and in the development of process and technology improvements
- Lead and manage the Business Analyst in support of business administration of telephony solution (Amazon Connect), and in the development of process and technology improvements within the Client Services structure

**Qualifications**:

- Progressive management and leadership experience
- Post-Secondary education and/or related work experience that aligns with Key Accountabilities
- Detailed knowledge of contact centre operations and workforce management
- Proven track record driving operational improvements
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Scheduling/Coordination knowledge and experience an asset

**Hours of Work**:
**Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm**
