As a Technical Advisor within our dealership, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and quality technical advice. Responsibilities:

  1. Determine customer needs (by email, telephone or in person)
  2. Make a cost estimate for the necessary work
  3. Follow up on work with mechanics in the workshop
  4. Inform customers about the progress of the work, deadlines and/or additional costs
  5. Provide explanations related to repairs and maintenance services
  6. Inform customers about accessories and/or additional maintenance
  7. If necessary, perform any other necessary task related to the job

Requirements:

  1. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience in a customer service or sales position (1 year minimum)
  3. Concerned about putting the customer first
  4. Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
  5. Demonstrated ability to work without supervision
  6. English (desired)
