Duties:
  1. Determine & establish office procedures & routines
  2. Schedule & confirm appointments
  3. Answer enquiries, calls & messages
  4. Perform data entry
  5. Type & proofread correspondence, forms & documents
  6. Set up & maintain manual & computerized information filing system
  7. Train office staff
  8. Provide customer service
  9. Perform basic book-keeping tasks
  10. Order office supplies & maintain inventory

Requirements:

High School Diploma required.
