3M is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for its Human Resource Operations team located in London, Ontario.

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  1. Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • - Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education combined with HR certification (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • - Five (5) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • - Certified Human Resources Professional designation
  • - Ability to influence and challenge leaders
  • - Experience advocating for employees along with being an advocate for our D & I initiatives
  • - Solid business acumen that enables you to quickly understand client’s needs while implementing various strategies and programs
  • - Demonstrated proficiency in writing and analytical skills

Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international (valid driver’s license is preferred)

Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized
