Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Sr. Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans to drive business growth and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  2. Public Relations: Manage and execute public relations initiatives to build and maintain a positive reputation, secure media coverage, and leverage thought leadership opportunities.
  3. Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  4. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
