Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Sr. Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans to drive business growth and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize our exposure to key stakeholder audiences and position us optimally to drive engagement from potential clients, associates, and investors.
  2. PR and Media Relations: Leverage traditional and innovative earned media and public relations tactics to promote our company's successes, position executives as industry leaders and thought leaders, and promote our thought leadership products and successes to advance marketing and business objectives.
  3. Brand Strength: Promote and strengthen our brand, ensuring that our brand tone, voice, value proposition, and other brand-related messages and visual identity are consistently applied throughout all external communication channels, digital applications, and marketing materials.
  4. Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to our Business Intelligence, Client Development, and Business Development teams to further their efforts to build client and prospective client relationships through marketing efforts.
  5. Social Media: Co-create and co-execute a social media strategy with our internal communications, creative, CST, and HR teams, leveraging social channels to amplify our brand, value proposition, and employee value proposition, and to engage associates, prospective associates, and clients.
  6. Website: Ensure that our website content and messaging are current and accurate at all times, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure that content meets business needs and maximizes SEO benefits.
  7. Awards: Own the industry awards submission process, partnering with key stakeholders to recommend and align with senior leadership on show participation, clients, and categories.
Requirements
  1. Work Experience: 3-5 years of directly related experience in Communication, Marketing, Digital/Social media marketing, and/or Integrated Communication.
  2. Proven Experience: Proven experience planning, monitoring, and managing departmental budget.
  3. Superior Organization: Proven superior organization skills.
  4. Strong Communication: Proven strong written and oral communication skills.
  5. Exceptional Writing: Proven exceptional writing skills, well-versed in AP Style.
