Your goal will be to drive growth, exceed targets, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within your team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to recruit, manage, and grow channel partnerships.
- Working closely with large enterprises and handling RFP processes for major merchants and chains.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Account Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Providing strategic guidance and support to your team in prospecting, negotiation, and partnership development.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key merchants and stakeholders within your region.
- Driving continuous improvement by analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
- Acting as an advocate for both your team and the brand, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within your team.
- Representing our company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and forge new partnerships.

Must Have Skills:

What You've Done:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, partnerships, or related leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of fintech industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
