About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by strategically selling our client’s solutions and services to key accounts within the construction industry across Canada and the US. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, cultivating relationships with enterprise-level clients, and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to prospect and penetrate the Canadian and US construction industry market, specifically with general contractors, driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and segments for business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within enterprise-level construction companies.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to effectively position solutions and services as value-added propositions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and manage accounts effectively.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in sales strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably with general contractors in the construction industry – experience selling into the US is desired.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry landscape, including market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
