The Opportunity

We are searching for an experienced Finance Administrator to complement our existing team, to collaboratively support all aspects of the Finance functions.


What you will do

  • Month end revenue activities (A/R)
  • Accounts payable activities (A/P)
  • Bank Deposits including postings and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Managing and processing of semi-monthly payroll.
  • Timesheet management
  • Respond to client/contractor requests on a daily basis

What you bring to the role

  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in Finance
  • Proven ability to successfully manage timelines and multiple priorities
  • Ensure all services are billed on a timely basis
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel, and Word and ability to learn to work with new applications
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, achievement-oriented, committed, self-starter and ability to prioritize work/cope with changing priorities while working independently and with a team
  • Superior communication
  • Solution-oriented
  • Possess the ability to resolve conflicts and work under pressure
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Work collaboratively to ensure work is completed and efficiencies are implemented
  • A true team player and enjoy a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance at the Secret Level, or meet the eligibility requirements to obtain
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset


The successful candidate must be available for work during core business hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/EDT
