About The Role:
Over the past 35 years, Reefer Sales has become the leading provider of temperature-managed transportation hardware, equipment, service, and support across North America. We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to grow in our Service department.
About You:
- You are a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, logistics, transportation and culture, with the objective of delivering premium service experience in an established market presence that reflects our company’s core values: Family, Loyalty, Integrity and Quality.
- You possess exemplary interpersonal skills, pride yourself on your ability to provide exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Duties and Requirements:
- Handle inbound phone traffic for the service department.
- Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.
- Create and schedule all service and emergency service appropriately.
- Coordinate and direct service technicians
- Prepare work orders and quotes as required.
- Assisting with parts requests and orders
- Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop at any given time.
- Follow up on jobs internally; coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient turnaround times and/or with Sales regarding scheduling.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Extremely detailed and well-organized individual
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt in high pressure situations.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Must have had a minimum of 3+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
This role may require availability for overtime during busy periods.
Salary: $50-55,000 range, based on relevant experience
This role includes benefits and RSP options after completing your probationary period of (3) months of active employment.
