Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Stoney Creek branch. The role focuses on building and managing strong client relationships, driving revenue, and meeting sales targets within sectors such as construction, energy, education, mining, healthcare, and government.


The company offers:

  • Base Salary plus a commission plan with potential earnings of $100,000
  • Incentive Award Plan (stock-based incentives)
  • Paid vacation
  • $700/month vehicle allowance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients across various industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business through research, cold calls, and networking.
  • Manage incoming sales calls, walk-in business, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical sales support, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.
  • Track performance and market conditions through Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales contracts and follow up on customer satisfaction and payments.


Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, energy, education, or government sectors.
  • Proven success in full-cycle sales and relationship building.
  • Experience in the modular structures or rental sales industry is an asset.
  • Strong communication, self-direction, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
