Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is energetic, focused, highly motivated, and well-organized. You have the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team. You have the ability to think creatively and strategically as it relates to developing advertising solutions for your clients. You are comfortable making cold calls, committed to gaining new clients, and have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list. You must also be results-driven and know how to close a sale

The incumbent will be responsible for soliciting and developing new business partnerships as well as growing and servicing the existing customer base in order to meet and exceed specific revenue targets.

· Qualifications:

· 4-15 years of programmatic media sales experience to major orporations and agencies at senior executive levels (preferably into the marketing side of the house)

· Experience hunting new accounts

· Successful track record in managing a portfolio of senior accounts while developing new business and new customers

· Proven ability to develop new business and sell strategically

· Excellent formal presentation skills

· Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of Internet/software and Multimedia technologies

· Self-evident oral and written communication skills

· Must exhibit proficiency and high comfort level with computers.
