  • Effectuer 85% des entretiens de vente en personne.
  • Utiliser Salesforce pour gérer les données des partenaires et des clients.
  • Prévoir et concevoir le plan de vente du territoire et réaliser les objectifs de vente annuels.
  • Comprendre les données de vente du territoire et concevoir une stratégie unique pour assurer la croissance.
  • Participer à des événements appropriés et pertinents chaque année dans son territoire.
  • Informer les partenaires sur les produits alimentaires et les programmes de Royal Canin et d'Eukanuba.
  • Recommander les solutions alimentaires et d'étape de vie de Royal Canin et d'Eukanuba.
  • Présenter les programmes aux clients et préparer des directives sur l'alimentation et des budgets prévisionnels.
  • Obtenir des recommandations de la part des partenaires.
  • Recruter et trouver de nouveaux partenaires parmi les professionnels en activité.
  • Collaborer avec les collègues de PSRO et les vétérinaires pour stimuler l'activité PRO et présenter des recommandations.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de croissance des ventes rentables dans le territoire assigné en utilisant des compétences de vente solides tout en saisissant et en répondant aux besoins des clients afin d'augmenter la croissance des ventes.
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les personnes clés des clients PRO, continuer à identifier de nouveaux clients potentiels et mettre en place des stratégies pour amener les clients à recommander les produits Mars en tant que principale nourriture pour leurs clients.
  • Collaborer avec son équipe et d'autres associés de l'entreprise afin d'apporter une contribution précieuse à l'entreprise et de fournir des informations sur les clients à son équipe régionale.
  • Assister et participer aux événements, aux réunions et conférences téléphoniques de la région et de l'entreprise, selon les besoins.
  • Remplir des rapports hebdomadaires sur les activités et les dépenses, ainsi que d'autres rapports ad hoc, selon les demandes de son gestionnaire.
  • Avoir une connaissance ou intérêt pour le secteur des animaux de compagnie et de l'alimentation de ces derniers.
  • Avoir une connaissance des principes de vente de base.
  • Avoir de bonnes compétences en matière de présentation et de communication.
  • Avoir des compétences informatiques (maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) pour favoriser une analyse efficace des ventes et la gestion du territoire.

  • Stimuler les ventes et formuler des recommandations judicieusesà l'intention des partenaires dans une région géographique donnée.
  • Assumer la responsabilité de la gestion quotidienne des partenaires clés et des partenaires existants.
  • Recruter des partenaires et nouveaux clientspour les programmes Royal Canin et Eukanuba;
  • Activité interne et collaboration transversale avec d'autres unités au sein de l'entreprisepour favoriser les partenariats stratégiques et la croissance.

What are we looking for?

  • Create and implement territory coverage plans for optimal account coverage
  • Conduct 85% in-person sales calls
  • Use Salesforce to manage partners and customer data
  • Forecast and build territory sales plan/ Deliver on annual sales
  • Understanding territory sales data and developing a unique strategy for growth
    Attend appropriate/relevant events annually within your territory
  • Educate partners on Royal Canin and Eukanuba nutritional diets and programs
  • Recommend Royal Canin and Eukanuba nutritional and SOL solutions
  • Present customer programming and building estimated feeding guidelines / budget
  • Drive recommendation from partners
  • Recruit and source new partner acquisition across working professionals
  • Collaborate with PSRO and Vet Colleagues to drive PRO business and Recommendations
  • Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory by utilizing strong selling skills while developing and understanding customer needs to increase growth of sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key individuals within PRO customers and continue to identify new potential customers and set strategies to align customers for recommending Mars products as their primary diet for their clients.
  • Collaborate with your team and other company associates to provide valuable contributions to the company and provide customer insights to your regional team.
  • Attend and participate in events, regional and company meetings/conference calls as required.
  • Complete weekly activity, expense, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed by your manager.
  • Knowledge or interest in the pet professional/nutrition industry.
  • Knowledge of basic sales principles.
  • Good presentation & communication skills.
  • IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) to support effective sales analysis and management of the territory

  • Responsible for the day to day management of key partners and existing partners
  • Recruit partners/new customers into Royal Canin and Eukanuba programs
  • Internal activity plus cross collaboration with other Business units to drive strategic partnership and growth
