Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary
At Radwell, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Representative to manage all aspects of our customer relationships in a specific sales area. This includes promoting our repair, surplus, distribution product, and asset recovery services daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for specific assigned territory, working closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
- Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring maximum goodwill from all transactions.
- Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
- Negotiate and implement agreements, preparing reports for management and customers.
- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
Requirements
- Proven sales or customer relationship building experience.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and environments, prioritizing tasks and being a team player.
- Clean driving record and knowledge of the geographical area are a plus.
