**Territory Sales Representative**
Reporting to the National Director of Sales and Marketing, we’re seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our highly skilled team. You will use superior strategic business sense to maximize sales profitability and return on capital from business opportunities for Quebec. You will maintain long-term relationships with established dealers and contractors and continue the development of our dealer network ensuring that they have what they need to be successful. You will work closely with all departments to ensure a team atmosphere approach to sales and service. **Applicant must be fluent in both French and English.**
**Requirements**:
- University degree or diploma in related field, or completion of a technical trade - equivalent work experience will also be considered;
- Minimum of five years of outside sales experience preferred, combination of inside and outside sales experience will also be considered;
- Minimum three years of experience in the construction or related industry is a significant asset;
- Masterful customer service, decision-making, strategic planning and implementation skills;
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts;
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects;
- Develop forecasts, reports and budgets, track performance while explaining variances against plan, identify risks and opportunities, drive strategic business initiatives to achieve profitability and working capital goals;
- Frequent travel with the assigned region is required along with infrequent travel outside of the region.
The duties required of this position require the employee to board domestic or international flights which at this time requires the employee to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Therefore, the successful applicant must be fully vaccinated as a precondition to employment.

**Représentant des ventes de territoire**
**Exigences**:
- Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme dans un domaine connexe, ou achèvement d'un métier technique - une expérience de travail équivalente sera également considérée;
- Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience en vente externe de préférence, une combinaison d'expérience en vente interne et externe sera également considérée;
- Un minimum de trois ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction ou dans une industrie connexe est un atout important;
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, en prise de décision, en planification stratégique et en mise en œuvre;
- Un sens aigu de la diplomatie, y compris de solides compétences en négociation et en résolution de conflits;
- Niveau élevé de pensée, d'analyse et/ou de raisonnement critique et logique pour identifier les principes, les raisons ou les faits sous-jacents;
- Capacité à suivre et compléter des projets qui se chevauchent;
- Élaborer des prévisions, des rapports et des budgets, suivre les performances tout en expliquant les écarts par rapport au plan, identifier les risques et les opportunités, piloter des initiatives commerciales stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité et de fonds de roulement ;
- Des déplacements fréquents avec la région assignée sont nécessaires ainsi que des déplacements peu fréquents à l'extérieur de la région.
